By inviting DB Bug Tracker to a Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

DB Bug Tracker is a Discord bot that provides bug-tracking functionality within Discord servers ("guilds"). The service is provided free of charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use DB Bug Tracker.

4. User Responsibilities

You must not use DB Bug Tracker to spam, harass, or abuse other users.
You must not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot.
Server administrators are responsible for how they configure and use DB Bug Tracker within their communities.

5. Data Collection

DB Bug Tracker stores minimal data required for its operation: Discord guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, user IDs (reporters), bug thread IDs, bug titles, and bug statuses. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Availability & Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the bot offline for maintenance at any time without notice.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We may restrict or remove DB Bug Tracker from any server that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

DB Bug Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

The developers of DB Bug Tracker are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot.
