When DB Bug Tracker is added to a Discord server we may store:
- Guild (server) ID
- Forum channel ID, staff role ID, ping role ID (server config)
- Bug thread IDs and thread titles (as submitted by users)
- Reporter user IDs
- Bug status and timestamps
- Ping-tracking opt-in status per guild
We do NOT collect message content, usernames, email addresses, passwords, or any data beyond what is listed above.
3. How We Use Data
Collected data is used solely to provide and improve DB Bug Tracker's bug-tracking features. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
4. Data Retention
Data is retained as long as DB Bug Tracker remains in your server. When you remove the bot, you may request deletion of your server's data by contacting us through the support server.
5. Data Security
Data is stored in a MongoDB database with access restricted to authorised developers. We use reasonable technical measures to protect stored data.
6. Third-party Services
DB Bug Tracker runs on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. We may also use Google Generative AI APIs; no user data is sent to Google.
7. Children's Privacy
DB Bug Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Contact us via the support server to make a request.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
